We accept all forms of payment, Cash, Check, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo. There is a 2.6% processing fee that will be added to call credit card payments. There is a $50.00 returned check fee.
We offer professional notary services for a variety of legal documents, including deeds, powers of attorney, and affidavits. Our notaries are licensed and experienced, ensuring that your documents are properly executed and legally binding. $7.00 Fee per signature.
Lost your WV title and need a replacement? We can help! Please bring your registration card or VIN number for that vehicle (boat, motorcycle etc.) & your state issued ID. You will receive the title via mail in 5-7 business days. Duplicate titles $30.00
No appointment needed for any transaction. We also offer after hours appointments, which will include a nominal fee.
Need a DOT number? We can help, we also offer IFTA reporting services.
1. A properly signed title with both of the sellers and buyers' signatures.
2. If you paid less than 50% of the NADA book value you will need a notarized bill of sale/ Or a gift affidavit if the vehicle was gifted. A legal heir form or pay 6% of NADA book value.

5. Valid West Virginia mailing address.
All motor vehicles must have insurance to be registered in West Virginia. The only exceptions are Class C, R and T trailers, Farm Vehicles, and boats.
We can help you renew your Driver's License as long as they aren't expired, and you would like to use the same picture.

Bring:
1. Signed Title or Certificate of origin
2. Bill of sale IS NOT NEEDED (if you have one, please see forms section for a link to the form). However, a bill of sale is required if the purchase price is less than 50% of the NADA clean loan book value. The bill of sale must be notarized to be accepted.

4. If you are transferring your tags from another vehicle, you must have the registration card for the vehicle the tag is being transferred from, or the VIN number from the old vehicle. And 2 months left on your current tags.
5. If the vehicle was a gift you must have the gift affidavit filled out. (see the forms section for a link to the form). The affidavit must be notarized.
6. Drivers License.
Other Information:
You will receive a temporary tag if we are processing a title for you during your visit.
We can transfer your existing tag as long as it's not expired. Bring your registration card from the vehicle you are transferring from.
We can process lost/duplicate titles. Bring your registration card.
If you are out of state and moving to WV bring your title, insurance card, and lien holder information of applicable.
If you need to turn in tags please drop them off at your local DMV, or mail them to Charleston.
